About us

LTL Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1992 by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Kurt Klose and Dipl.-Ing. Frank Döllner after they had been working on a joint research project.
Since then the company´s objective has been the practical implementation of state of the art production equipment for industry.
LTL are in close cooperation with researchers in the  field of mechanical engineering at various research institutions and universities. One example of this  is a long standing connection with the University OWL in Lemgo.
Since 2000, the company has been run by Dipl.-Ing Frank Döllner and Dipl.-Ing. Jürgen Jentsch.
Apart from classic customised machine construction, since 2001 Tray stackers and Tray loaders have also been developed which are used as standard products in different industries.

Expertise and research for the best solutions

To put innovative ideas into practice in the field of mechanical engineering experience is important, as is the continuous development of specialist knowledge and expertise. A close relationship between research and practice has been characteristic of LTL right from the beginning.

From idea to implementation

With us you have a proven specialist for the automation of your production processes at your side.
Our experienced engineers and technicians develop, in close collaboration with you, special tailor made systems for your production and products in the field of mechanical engineering.
At LTL Maschinenbau GmbH, we also consider issues such as cost effectiveness, amortization periods and, the available space and working conditions. Whether your requirements are related to automated machines, special customised machines or robots, we provide support for all of your needs.
During the development of your product we would be very happy to answer any questions regarding subsequent automation.

We put your ideas into practice

We assist you with all your automation projects. We plan the project on the latest CAD – systems – this means we can present the design and functions before the construction phase. We also create complete documentation for the machine, which facilitates the subsequent maintenance and servicing. Your machine is built, set up and adjusted at our site. We then conduct a comprehensive trial run to ensure that it works perfectly. The commissioning and integration into the production process is carried out thereafter at your premises.

Full service for trouble-free operation in the long term

We are there for you in the future as well: we maintain and service your machines and help promptly and efficiently with any problems. And of course, we consider the correct and professional training of your staff in the use of the machines as part of our job.
